 What's included in the facility rental? Facility rentals include use of the Liberty View Ballroom and Liberty Bell terrace for day rentals, and also include the Franklin Pre-function room space and small adjoining terrace for an evening rental. Extended rental hours are also available. Tables, chairs, podium & microphone and setup fees are also included in the rental. Where can I park? Convenient parking is available at the Autopark at Independence Mall with entrances on both 5th and 6th Streets between Market and Arch. Reduced rate parking for evening events is available. Colonial characters, storytellers, musicians, and more can be procured from Once Upon a Nation through the Facility Rental Manager. Can I serve alcohol at my event? Our caterer is licensed to serve alcohol and will provide the servers and bar setups. In accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania regulations, the client provides the alcohol. However, due to a pending liquor license, all events scheduled to take place in 2010 or later may purchase bar packages through Max & Me Catering. |
